You Bring the Vision.
We Build the Brand.

New York City

Turning an apparel concept into a commercially viable product requires precision patternmaking, the right textile mills and manufacturing partners, and dependable production oversight. Backed by 40+ years in the NYC Garment District, RESTORE gives founders, brands, and creators the technical expertise and production infrastructure to bring their ideas to market.

Who We Build For

Different clients come to RESTORE with different products, challenges, and goals. We build the right development and production path around each project.

01

Founders, Entrepreneurs & New Brands

Building something of your own?

RESTORE provides the design, technical development, sourcing, and production expertise to turn an idea into a commercially viable product—whether you’re launching a new brand, developing a first collection, or bringing a well-funded concept to life.

02

Established Brands & Scaling Lines

Ready to refine, expand, or scale?

We work with established brands to strengthen the product and the infrastructure behind it—from fit, construction, and material sourcing to costing, factory strategy, quality control, and larger-scale production.

03

Custom Sewn Goods & Technical Products

Creating something outside the standard playbook?

From uniforms and custom merchandise to brand activations and technically complex sewn goods, RESTORE develops the materials, construction, specifications, and manufacturing approach around what the product actually requires.

Where Brands Get Stuck

The Gaps Between a Good Idea and a Production-Ready Product

A strong concept is only the beginning. Fit, materials, construction, costing, minimums, factory capabilities, and production planning all determine whether a product can actually be made—and made commercially.

01
Design

A Product That Isn't Designed for Reality

A concept can look great on paper but fall apart when materials, construction, cost, fit, or manufacturing requirements enter the equation.

Our Approach

RESTORE designs with the full product lifecycle in mind—balancing aesthetics, materials, performance, construction, cost, and manufacturability from the beginning.

02
Development

Products That Aren't Production Ready

A design or sample can look right and still create problems in manufacturing. Unresolved fit, patterns, construction, specifications, or costing can lead to inconsistency, delays, and unnecessary expense once production begins.

Our Approach

We resolve the technical details before manufacturing—engineering fit, patterns, construction, specifications, and tech packs around how the product will actually be produced.

03
Production

The Wrong Factory for the Product

Not every factory is right for every product. Equipment, construction capabilities, materials, quantities, quality expectations, location, and cost structure all affect where a product should be made.

Our Approach

We match each project with the right production resources from our domestic and global network, based on what the product requires—not simply which factory is available.

The 4-Phase System

From Concept to Production

Every project is different, but moving from concept to production requires the same core disciplines: clear direction, thoughtful design, the right materials, technically resolved development, and the right manufacturing strategy. RESTORE brings those pieces together through a structured process built on 40+ years of apparel design, development, sourcing, and production experience in New York City.

01

Discovery & Design

We start by understanding your vision, customer, goals, budget, timeline, and production requirements. From there, RESTORE develops or refines the design around how the product should look, feel, function, and ultimately perform in the market.

02

Sourcing & Technical Development

With the direction established, we source fabrics, trims, and components while developing the patterns, construction, specifications, and tech packs required to turn the design into a technically viable product.

03

Prototyping & Refinement

Samples are developed, evaluated, and refined to resolve fit, proportion, construction, materials, and performance. Each round brings the product closer to an approved, production-ready standard.

Manufacturing & Production Management

Once approved, RESTORE matches the project with the right domestic or global production resources and manages the transition into manufacturing, with attention to quality, consistency, timing, cost, and scalability.

A note from the Founder

"We don’t apply a generic formula to your project. We engineer the design, sourcing, and manufacturing path around what you’re creating, how it needs to perform, and how it needs to scale."
